At Artfest this year we had the most amazing discusssions in our house around in and through the idea of self portraits. So....it was decided by a few to do an unnoffical self portrait weds for awhile....noteably, since i am on vacation this week.....i am late. But none the less, here is a simple look at the real me...for those of you who know me, sure you won't disagree I am sure for this is truly me as i am most often found.
love to you all and make sure you check out Misty's, LK's, Judy's, Katies's INCREDIBLE Self Portraits,

Bee - how funny. I guess I've heard your name for so long and didn't know You. Looking down through your eyes in this photo - it could be me. Wild, colorful bohemian skirt, nearly bare feet (though yours are much prettier than mine!) and driftwood, sand, beach!
My picture might have a bit of chocolate in it...

Yep. It's you. I know those toes. I know that woman who stands on beaches, finding all the good stuff, looking prettier the more wind blown she gets. I love your self portrait!

I love this self-portrait of you (feet). Once in a drawing class the assignment was to create a faceless self-portrait. I drew my hands trying to clasp a bracelet I had made. It was a great look at how to represent our internal self.

I love this... the draping fabric, the textures of your skirt and the bleached wood beneath... I am so glad to see another post and love your music, especially "landslide." I am working on a workshop proposal for Artfest 2010, trying to name it... Your pictures look wonderful of teaching and your home... Is that a lab or retriever? And I love the heart stones... Happy Spring to you... Roxanne
